Equisure Direct, Terms of Use

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using our website or instructing our services. By accessing this website or engaging Equisure Direct to carry out work on your behalf, you agree to be bound by these terms. Equisure Direct provides administrative documentation and structured correspondence services. We are not a law firm and do not provide legal advice.

 

1. About Us

Equisure Direct is a consumer‑support and administrative documentation service registered in England and Wales.

We prepare structured correspondence, evidence‑based administrative packs, and written communications to support consumers in resolving disputes.

We do not act as solicitors, legal representatives, claims management companies, or regulated financial advisers. Nothing on this website or in any correspondence we prepare constitutes legal advice.

 

2. Our Services

Equisure Direct provides administrative document services, including:

  • Preparation of structured letters and formal correspondence

  • Compilation of evidence‑based administrative packs

  • Administrative guidance relating to consumer disputes

Our services are administrative and information‑based. We do not:

  • Provide legal advice or legal representation

  • Act as your agent in legal proceedings

  • Guarantee any outcome from correspondence we prepare

  • Make verbal representations to third parties on your behalf

Any decision to act upon correspondence prepared by us remains solely your responsibility.

 

3. Engaging Our Services

A service agreement is formed when you confirm your instruction in writing and make your Stage 1 payment. Any initial review or discussion before this point is without obligation and does not constitute a contract.

By instructing us, you confirm that:

  • You are aged 18 or over

  • The information you provide is accurate and complete

  • You have authority to instruct us in relation to the matter

  • You understand that we provide administrative document services, not legal advice

 

4. Stage Payments and Fees

Our fees are structured into defined stages of work. Each stage is quoted individually and agreed in writing before commencement.

Stage 1, Initial Administrative Assessment Covers the review of your matter and creation of your administrative file.

Stage 2, Document Preparation & Consultancy Fee Covers drafting of correspondence and any associated administrative consultancy.

Stage 3, Administrative Pack Completion Fee Covers finalisation and delivery of your completed administrative pack.

Fees are not fixed or publicly listed. You will not be charged for any stage until the fee for that stage has been agreed in writing. Where VAT applies, this will be clearly stated.

 

5. Cancellation Rights

You have the right to cancel your service agreement within 14 days of signing it, in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.

6. Client Responsibilities

To enable us to carry out our services effectively, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate and complete information

  • Respond promptly to requests for clarification

  • Review and approve correspondence before it is issued

  • Notify us of any changes to your matter or contact details

We accept no liability for delays or errors caused by inaccurate or incomplete information provided by you.

 

7. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, design, graphics, and branding, is the property of Equisure Direct and protected by copyright.

Documents prepared for you are for your personal use in relation to the matter instructed. They may not be resold, reproduced, or redistributed.

 

8. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by law, Equisure Direct’s liability in connection with our services is limited to the fees paid by you for the stage of work in question.

We are not liable for:

  • Actions or decisions taken by third parties in response to correspondence we prepare

  • Indirect, consequential, or special loss

  • Any outcome, positive or negative, resulting from correspondence issued on your behalf

Nothing in these terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

 

9. Complaints

If you are dissatisfied with any aspect of our service, please contact us in writing. We will acknowledge your complaint within 5 working days and aim to respond fully within 28 days.

10. Governing Law

These Terms of Use are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
