Cancellation Policy

At Equisure Direct, we provide professional administrative consultancy and document preparation services. Our fees are charged for the time, expertise, and clerical work involved in preparing your administrative package.

1. Statutory Right to Cancel (Cooling-Off Period)

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel this contract within 14 calendar days from the day the contract is entered into (the “Cooling-Off Period”) without giving any reason.

2. Commencement of Service

By requesting that we begin our administrative consultancy or document drafting work before the end of the 14-day Cooling-Off Period, you acknowledge that:

  • If you subsequently cancel during the Cooling-Off Period, you will be liable to pay for the services provided up to the point of cancellation.
  • If the service is fully performed (e.g., the administrative pack is delivered) within the 14 days at your request, your right to cancel is waived.

3. Service-Based Refunds

We guarantee the professional delivery of our administrative outputs. A full refund of the initial instruction fee will be granted if:*   We fail to deliver the initial administrative assessment or draft correspondence within 30 days of receiving all required client documentation in the specified format (original documents or clear scanned PDF copies; photocopies are not accepted).

  • The delivered documents do not meet the technical specifications outlined in your Service Agreement.

4. Non-Refundable Circumstances

Refunds will not be issued in the following scenarios:

  • Outcome-Based Requests: As we provide administrative support and not legal representation, we do not guarantee specific results from third parties. Refunds are not granted based on the response or decision of any company, ombudsman, or regulatory body.
  • Change of Mind After Delivery: Once the final administrative package has been delivered to you, the service is considered fully performed.
  • Failure to Provide Information: We cannot be held liable for delays caused by a client’s failure to provide necessary documentation or evidence in the specified format (original documents or clear scanned PDF copies). The 30-day service delivery timeline commences only upon receipt of all such required documentation in the correct format.

5. How to Cancel

To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision by a clear statement in writing.

6. Processing Refunds

Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days. We will send a formal “Cancellation Confirmation” email once the process is complete.
