Who this is for

Individuals who find official forms confusing or stressful, or who want a second set of eyes before submitting important paperwork. We do not complete forms on your behalf, we guide you through them.

Get in touch

Use the chat widget to tell us what you are trying to complete. We will let you know how we can help and what information you will need to have ready.

How a session works

You bring the form and tell us what it is for. We go through it section by section: what each question is actually asking, what supporting information it expects, and where people commonly make mistakes on that particular form. You fill it in, we check it, and we flag anything that looks incomplete, inconsistent, or likely to cause a delay before it is submitted.

The kind of forms this covers

Applications and official paperwork where an error or omission has real consequences: financial applications, formal requests to organisations, tenancy and housing paperwork, and multi-part forms with supporting evidence requirements. If you are unsure whether your form is a good fit, describe it through the chat widget and we will tell you honestly whether this service will help.

What you get at the end

A form you understand, filled in correctly, with a short checklist of anything still needed before you submit it. We keep a note of what was covered so that if a follow up question comes back from the organisation later, you have a record of what was submitted and why.

What we do not do

We guide you through the form. We do not complete it on your behalf, we do not submit it for you, and we do not provide legal or financial advice on whether you should be making the application in the first place. We cannot guarantee the outcome of any application, only that it is complete and accurate when it leaves your hands.
